We currently ship across India.

Shipping Charges

• A flat shipping charge of ₹60 is applicable on orders below ₹499.
• Free shipping is available on all orders ₹499 and above.

Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeline

• Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier partner.
• Remote or non-metro locations may take slightly longer.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

Delays & Exceptions
While we try our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

• Weather conditions
• Courier service issues
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery address

Khatus will not be responsible for delays caused by courier partners beyond our control.

Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@khatus.com with photos for quick assistance.
